Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of the Full-Stack Developer Starter Kit made through this website. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase — please read the conditions below.

1. Digital Product Nature

The Course and resource pack are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment)
• The payment was deducted but course access/resource pack was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
• You did not access or download the resource pack and request cancellation within 7 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• You have already downloaded the resource pack or substantially accessed the course content
• The refund request is made after the 7-day window
• Change of mind after successful delivery

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation

Since course access is granted instantly on payment, orders cannot be "cancelled" after successful payment — the process above for refunds applies instead.
