These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creators Mind website and the purchase of the Full-Stack Developer Starter Kit ("Course") offered by Creators Mind ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

2. Products & Pricing

We sell digital course access and an accompanying downloadable resource pack. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. A payment is considered complete only after Razorpay confirms and we verify the transaction signature.

4. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, course access and the resource pack (JSON) are delivered instantly via the on-screen download link. Since delivery is instantaneous and digital, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on eligibility for refunds.

5. License & Usage

On successful purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, single-user license to access the Course content and resource pack for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course materials is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, and resource files remain the intellectual property of Creators Mind unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Course is provided for educational purposes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Creators Mind is registered.
